Trump, President of the United States, Pursuant to My Powers Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution, Have Granted Unto Andrew Zabavsky A Full and Unconditional Pardon
For Hisconvictions in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, on an indictment (Docket No. 1:21-cr-00598-PLF), of violations of section 371, title 18, United States Code, and section 1512, title 18, United States Code, for which he was sentenced on September 12, 2024, to 48 months of imprisonment on each count (to run concurrently); 3 years of supervised release; and a special assessment of two hundred dollars ($200).
I HEREBY DESIGNATE, direct, and empower, the Pardon Attorney, as my representative, to sign a grant of clemency to the person named herein. The Pardon Attorney shall declare that her action is the act of the President, being performed at my direction.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name and caused the seal of the Department of Justice to be affixed.
